Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team. The role reports to the Regional Manager and supports all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with LIHTC rules and delivering high-quality resident services.

You will supervise staff, lead marketing efforts, manage lease processes, and optimize occupancy and financial performance while maintaining strong resident relations and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• Must have English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure staff performance.
• Ensure property complies with LIHTC requirements.
• Support customer service and leasing standards and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Direct marketing efforts and manage lease paperwork for new and renewing leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Collect rents and deposits daily and manage delinquency processes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain resident loyalty initiatives.
