Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting within approved limits, supervising office and maintenance teams, reporting Leasing Trends and Financial Performance, and maintaining Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance and program regulations.
• Experience in leasing and resident services.
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate the community within the approved budget.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted in a timely manner; issue notices and handle evictions as needed.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee maintenance operations.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and professional conduct across the team.
• Generate and analyze reports (Leasing Trends, Financial Performance, Occupancy Verifications).
