Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Community Manager with LIHTC experience to oversee financial and operational performance of a residential community. You will manage personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and capital improvements while ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.

The role requires experience with LIHTC and HUD regulations, plus strong leadership. The team will expect effective supervision of office and maintenance staff and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Exempt (salary) status; FLSA Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Operate the community within budget and financial guidelines.
• Ensure timely rent collection and notices.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance teams.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
