Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy goals through leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and prepare for audits.
• Lead on-site team and manage vendor relationships.
• Build positive resident relations and community engagement.
