Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee all community operations and ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements.

You will supervise staff, manage leasing, marketing, budgeting, and reporting while maintaining resident satisfaction and financial performance across a multi-property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ onsite Community Manager or Assistant CM experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• LIHTC experience and housing credit knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license. Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure staff accountability.
• Ensure property follows all LIHTC requirements.
• Support leasing standards and customer service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously, resolving issues.
• Direct marketing efforts for the property.
• Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewal leases.
