The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with property management software. LIHTC knowledge is a plus, with a schedule of 40 hours per week Tuesday through Saturday. DOE + bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or similar field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and learning new programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Process resident paperwork and maintain property records.
• Prepare and analyze reports and rent rolls; manage accounts receivable.
