Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Station Place Tower in Portland, OR. The role oversees staff, budgets, leasing, and compliance across a LIHTC property, ensuring high resident satisfaction and financial health.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of multi-family management experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. LIHTC familiarity is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in managing a multi-family community.
• 1+ year in affordable housing or related industry.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with basic technology and budgeting basics.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Coordinate operations to meet ownership goals and obligations.
• Manage property operations in compliance with laws (Fair Housing, etc.).
• Assist in operating budgets and capital budgets under Regional PM guidance.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and drive cash flow improvements.
• Oversee staff, hire/discharge, coach, and document performance.
• Ensure compliance with affordable program requirements.
• Complete income certifications and recertifications timely.
• Lead leasing efforts, review tenant billings, and report vacancies.
