The position requires LIHTC/PSH program knowledge, strong organization, and effective communication. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, with competitive hourly pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years managing a multi-family community.
• 1+ year in affordable housing or related industry.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Oversee property staff and vendors to meet ownership goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws and maintain safety and budgetary controls.
• Develop operating budgets and assist in financial reporting to Regional Property Manager.
• Manage leasing efforts and resident certifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and approve invoices within budget.
