Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year of experience in affordable housing.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong mathematical skills and basic budgeting knowledge.
• Basic technology skills and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to complete training and attend sessions on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate to meet property management obligations and goals.
• Manage operations in compliance with laws (Fair Housing, L/T Laws, OSHA).
• Assist in operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze and report monthly financial statements and variances.
• Administer budgets, review operations, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Ensure property complies with affordable program requirements.
• Complete resident income certifications and re-certifications timely.
• Coordinate revenue collection and AR documentation.
• Lead site staff meetings and document minutes for corporate.
• Identify leasing prospects and respond to inquiries as needed.
