Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a detailed and organized Community Manager for Park Manor in Lebanon, OR. The role oversees staff, supervises vendors, ensures compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/HUD requirements, and maintains strong resident relations.

Schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with compensation of $26.00–$27.00 hourly plus bonus potential. Benefitso include medical, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

• Experience working in property management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage property operations in compliance with laws.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash flow.
• Administer leasing efforts and respond to inquiries.
• Supervise site staff and vendors.
• Ensure affordability program compliance and reporting.
• Complete income certifications and re-certifications.
