Responsabilités

• Verify and secure documents to enter LIHEAP, PIPP, LIHWAP apps into STARS.
• Examine files for content accuracy to initiate payments.
• Certify and recertify eligibility for PIPP customers.
• Prepare and mail delinquent notices and letters daily.
• Monitor processing times and update household eligibility information.
• Provide program information and referrals as needed.
