The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services, is seeking an Energy Assistance Worker to help households access heating assistance through LIHEAP. You will review applications, guide clients through the LIHEAP process, and provide quality customer service to families in need.

The role includes interviewing, data verification, application processing, vendor communication, and direct support.

• Two years of experience in general office work which included interviewing the public.

• Interview applicants to determine eligibility for heating assistance.
