Job summary

LSSI is seeking a dedicated professional in Illinois to provide needs assessments, crisis intervention, and case management for residents, while upholding confidentiality. You will partner with the Housing Manager and community contacts to coordinate educational programs for residents and staff.

Maintain HUD-aligned records, deliver timely reports, and exemplify professional conduct with clients and collaborators. A Bachelor's in human services is required, with relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Access to reliable transportation in the state of residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide needs assessments, crisis intervention, and case management to residents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Serve as a resource for the Housing Manager and maintain contacts in the community.
• Arrange educational programs for residents and staff.
• Maintain files per HUD and LSSI requirements and complete all reports in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior with clients, families, staff and partners.
