Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to work closely with the Distributor Sales Team, drive sales, and maintain crucial relationships with internal teams, distributors, and customers.

The role safeguards the customer experience and promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise, with responsibilities spanning sales data analysis, outbound selling, price quoting, CRM record maintenance, and cross-referencing part numbers for accurate product matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Lighting industry experience is required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service with rapid responses and clear communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and CRM familiarity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a time-sensitive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data for trends and opportunities.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiate opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Price Quoting Management: handle price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone about orders promptly.
• Follow up on samples and new quotes per Keystone policies.
• Check order availability and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products for matching solutions.
