Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the Distributor Sales Team, customers, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting the Light Made Easy promise.

Responsibilities include sales analysis, outbound phone sales, price quoting, and CRM data upkeep. Hybrid schedule for local candidates; remote possible with onboarding travel to Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• Prior lighting industry experience required.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel).
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Outbound phone sales: initiating sales opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Price quoting management: manage new price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products.
