Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Support Associate to work with the Distributor Sales Team, drive sales, and safeguard the customer experience as part of Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Responsibilities include sales analysis, outbound calls, price quoting, CRM usage, liaison with distributors and territory managers, timely answers to inquiries, sample follow-ups, stock checks, and accurate product matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive work.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Outbound phone sales to existing and new customers.
• Price quoting management within the CRM system.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding orders promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products.
