Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to collaborate with the Distributor Sales Team, drive sales, and maintain crucial relationships with customers and internal teams. You will safeguard the customer experience and promote our Light Made Easy promise.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, 1–2 years of inside sales, and strong MS Office/CRM proficiency, including Prophet 21.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel).
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls.
• Price Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working within CRM software to maintain records of customer information and pricing.
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders.
