Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to work with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with customers and sales reps.

The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise, with responsibilities in sales analysis, outbound calls, price quoting, and coordination between agencies, distributors, and territory managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiate sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Price Quoting Management: manage price requests within CRM and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding orders promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes per Keystone policies.
• Check order availability and stock and inform customers and stakeholders promptly.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products.
