Responsibilities

• Liaise between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to emails or calls about existing orders promptly.
• Follow up on samples and new quotes per policy.
• Check order availability and communicate with customers.
• Cross-reference competitors’ part numbers for accurate product matching.
