Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to drive sales and maintain key relationships with distributors, customers, and the internal team. The role supports the Distributor Sales Team and champions Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Hybrid work model with onsite Tue–Thu for those within 50 miles; remote option for others with onboarding at Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week. Requires lighting industry experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Initiate outbound and inbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
• Manage price requests and maintain pricing records in the CRM.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions on orders via email or phone in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner.
• Check order availability and stock and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products.
