Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to collaborate with the Distributor Sales Team. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and safeguarding the customer experience within a fast-paced lighting industry environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: onsite Tue–Thu for local candidates, or remote for those outside a 50-mile radius, with onboarding at the headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related field is preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge are required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service with rapid, clear communication and drive to exceed expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Outbound phone sales: initiate opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Price quoting management: manage price requests within CRM and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and quotes aligned with Keystone policies.
• Check availability on orders and communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Cross-reference parts numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
