Job summary

Keystone Technologies, a national leader in the lighting industry, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quotes, answering inquiries, and developing strong customer relationships. Hybrid schedule; onsite Tue-Thu within 50 miles of our office, remote otherwise, with onboarding at Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week.

Ideal candidates have lighting industry experience or a strong product knowledge foundation, 1–2 years in inside sales, and solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge preferred but not required for Hybrid; lighting industry experience required for Remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Specialist, Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory levels and support future project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM).
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they are closed properly.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders, allocating material and verifying inventory.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive product demand.
• Assist the team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
