The role emphasizes lighting industry knowledge, CRM usage, and cross-referencing part numbers to provide accurate product recommendations and replacements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Lighting product knowledge is preferred for hybrid; lighting industry experience is required for remote.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Territory Managers, and Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and support project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility using Excel and CRM to track status and delivery.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure proper closure.
• Process customer purchase orders and allocate material while verifying inventory.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships to drive product demand.
• Assist the team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
