Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by handling quote opportunities, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of inside sales experience; lighting industry knowledge is preferred, and hybrid work is available. Onsite travel may be required and onboarding occurs at Headquarters in Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge preferred (for Hybrid); Lighting knowledge required (for Remote).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Territory Managers, and Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and support orders.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products and provide accurate specifications.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM for status and delivery timelines.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure proper closure.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and allocate material while checking inventory.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive demand.
• Assist the team with processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
