Job summary

Keystone Technologies in Louisville, KY is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering strong relationships.

The role offers a hybrid schedule for local candidates; remote work is available for others, with onboarding travel to our Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week. EST location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Lighting knowledge preferred for Hybrid; required for Remote.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to monitor inventory and support future demands.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel & CRM tools and track delivery.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities and ensure proper closing.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and allocate material.
• Build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Assist with processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
