Job summary

Keystone Technologies, based near Atlanta, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by handling quotes, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience and product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and cross-reference part numbers.

You will create opportunities in the CRM, monitor inventory with the team, and assist with time-sensitive orders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales.
Lighting knowledge preferred for Hybrid; remote requires lighting knowledge.
Experience with CRM and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory levels and allocate material.
Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM to track status and delivery.
Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they close.
Process customer purchase orders and verify inventory accuracy.
Build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
Assist the team with time-sensitive purchase orders.
Other duties as assigned.
