Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team with managing quotes, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

Lighting industry knowledge and product expertise help provide accurate recommendations and cross-reference with competing manufacturers. The role requires 1–2 years in inside sales, strong communication, and a fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory levels and future project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products to ensure accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM).
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and allocate material while verifying inventory.
