Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, answering inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has lighting industry knowledge and can provide accurate product recommendations and cross-reference part numbers.

You will analyze sales data, coordinate with Territory Managers and Sales Ops to monitor stock, process orders, and maintain project visibility using Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, time-sensitive work environment.
• Outstanding customer service with rapid response and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team by managing quotes and customer inquiries.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and maintain project visibility.
• Assist in processing time-sensitive purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
