Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team with quote opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and build strong relationships.

A background in lighting and product knowledge will enable accurate recommendations and cross-referencing of part numbers to Keystone products. The role requires 1–2 years of inside sales experience, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience required or preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Outstanding customer service with rapid response times and clear communication.
• Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Territory Managers to monitor inventory and plan demand.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to ensure correct specifications and replacements.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM; maintain project visibility with reports.
• Process customer purchase orders and allocate materials while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive product demand.
• Assist team with time-sensitive orders and related duties.
