The role requires lighting industry knowledge and product familiarity to recommend alternatives and reference part numbers. The candidate will analyze sales data, coordinate with Territory Managers, and ensure accurate specification matching while maintaining order accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Territory Managers to monitor inventory.
• Cross-reference part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM reporting.
• Process customer purchase orders and allocate materials.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive demand.
• Assist with time-sensitive purchase orders and other duties.
