Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience and 1–2 years in a similar inside sales role.

This position offers a hybrid schedule for candidates within 50 miles of our office; remote options are available for others, with onboarding at the Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, time-sensitive work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Experience using CRM and Prophet 21 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote opportunities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products and provide accurate recommendations.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Monitor inventory levels and support future project demands and order fulfillment.
• Process customer purchase orders and verify inventory accuracy.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers.
