Job summary

Ideal candidates have lighting industry knowledge and the ability to provide accurate product recommendations. The role requires collaboration with Territory Managers and the Director of Sales Operations, with a focus on inventory awareness, order fulfillment, and CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in inside sales.
• Lighting industry experience preferred but not required (for Hybrid); Lighting industry experience required (for Remote).
• Experience using CRM and Prophet 21 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team by managing quote opportunities and responding to inquiries.
• Foster strong customer relationships and provide product recommendations.
• Cross-reference parts numbers and ensure accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and maintain project visibility.
