Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers, schedule appointments, and direct guests to the appropriate personnel with a cheerful, professional attitude. They also assist the Department Head with filing and office duties as needed.

The role involves explaining Life Spa products and services, helping guests determine their needs, and performing confirmation calls to schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, commissions, etc.).
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Converts LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explains Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assists them with determining their needs.
• Suggests upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Completes outgoing confirmation calls and scheduling calls.
• Follows all company safety rules and uses required safety devices.
