Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to handle the telephone system, greet callers, and direct them to the appropriate personnel with a cheerful attitude. The role also supports the Department Head with filing and general office duties.

You will explain Life Spa products, schedule appointments, and suggest upgrades while maintaining safety protocols and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to calculate discounts, interest, commissions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming internal calls, greets callers, schedules appointments.
• Explains Life Spa products and services, assists guests with needs.
• Converts Life Spa questions into appointments and suggests add-ons.
• Completes outgoing confirmation calls and related Life Spa communications.
• Follows safety rules using required safety devices.
