Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers, and direct them to the right personnel with a cheerful, professional demeanor. You will also assist the Department Head with filing and general office tasks.

You will explain Life Spa offerings, convert questions to appointments, and promote upgrades while ensuring safety and accurate scheduling. This role supports a welcoming guest experience at Life Time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Converts LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explains Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assists them with determining needs.
• Suggests upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Completes outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments.
• Uses all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules.
