Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Life Spa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers, and direct guests to the right staff with a cheerful, professional attitude. You will assist the Department Head with filing and office duties as needed.

You will explain Life Spa products, help guests choose treatments, and promote upgrades while ensuring safety procedures are followed and appointments are scheduled efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Convert Life Spa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and help determine their needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments.
• Follow safety procedures and use required safety devices per company rules.
