Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to manage the telephone system, greet callers, and direct them to the appropriate personnel with a cheerful demeanor. The role also supports the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed.

The position emphasizes converting LifeSpa questions into appointments, explaining products and services, and suggesting upgrades. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Converts LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explains Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and helps determine needs.
• Suggests upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Completes outgoing confirmation calls and scheduling calls.
