Zusammenfassung

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeSpa Coordinator to manage phones, greet guests, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel with a cheerful, helpful attitude. You will assist the Department Head with filing and basic office duties as needed.

You will schedule appointments, explain Life Spa offerings, and suggest upgrades, while maintaining safety protocols and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced health club environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle figures such as discounts or commissions.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Answer incoming calls and greet callers professionally.
• Schedule appointments and convert questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products and services to guests.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing calls to schedule appointments and confirmations.
• Adhere to safety rules using required safety devices.
