Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and assist members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products, services and treatments to guests; help determine needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and schedule appointments; adhere to safety rules.
