Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Life Spa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers and direct them to the right staff, aiming to exceed expectations with a cheerful attitude.

You will assist the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed, while supporting Life Spa guest services and member satisfaction. Key duties include scheduling appointments, explaining Life Spa offerings, suggesting upgrades, and handling confirming calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming internal calls, greet members, schedule appointments.
• Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products and services to guests to determine needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and special Life Time calls to schedule appointments.
• Follow safety rules using required safety devices.
