Job summary

Juno is recruiting a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own member communications across all products. You will craft timely email and SMS campaigns for 290,000+ members, using deep data to segment and personalize at scale. The role emphasizes compliance, testing, and rapid iteration to drive funded loans.

You’ll collaborate with product teams, learn the data model, and leverage AI tools to accelerate impact while maintaining rigorous quality control.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing, marketing ops, growth, or related analytics.
• Hands-on ESP experience; we will teach our platform if needed.
• You don't need SQL on day one, but you should want to learn it.
• AI fluency: you use AI in daily work and can explain impact and limits.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution end to end: build and ship email and SMS campaigns across grad, undergrad, and refi.
• Learn the product and data model: understand member journeys from signup to funded loan.
• Define segmentation: target by vertical, school, stage, and loan status.
• Coordinate with product/biz lines to translate goals into campaigns calendar.
• Own measurement: report opens, clicks, applications started, completed, and funded loans.
• Run the test roadmap: propose experiments on subject lines, timing, sequencing, offers.
• Keep compliance: route through compliance review and maintain hygiene.
• Use AI as multiplier: draft, QA, and debug with AI; ensure accuracy.
