Juno is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own member communications, email and SMS, across all products. You will turn member insights into the right message at the right moment in the borrowing cycle, and prove impact with data. The role is based in our Miami office, with in-person training during the first months.

You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns, build segments, personalize at scale, and collaborate with compliance and analytics to optimize performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations experience.
• Built and sent campaigns in an ESP (e.g. Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Open to an email marketer who wants to go deeper on data, or an ops person who wants to own a channel.
• You like email and SMS as high-leverage channels and want to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS end-to-end: Build, QA, and ship campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io across grad, undergrad, and refi.
• Run the campaign calendar and translate goals into a weekly shipping plan.
• Learn the Juno product and data model deeply, enabling segmentation and personalized messaging at scale.
• Build segments by vertical, school, application stage, loan status, and timing to avoid mis-scoping.
• Personalize at scale using member data and Liquid; improve personalization workflows over time.
• Own measurement: report opens, clicks, applications started/completed, and loans funded.
• Run the test roadmap: propose experiments on subject lines, timing, sequencing, and offers.
• Keep the program compliant: route messaging through compliance review and maintain hygiene.
• Use AI as a multiplier: draft, QA, and debug with AI tools; ensure outputs are correct.
