Job summary

Juno seeks an Email Marketing Manager to own member communications—email and SMS—across all products. The role focuses on targeting 290,000+ members, converting engagement into funded loans, and improving personalization at scale. Based in our Miami office, you will train with the team in person during the first months.

You'll build campaigns in Customer.io, craft segmentation strategies, and measure impact from opens to funded loans. A strong background in email marketing and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations experience.
• Experience building and shipping campaigns in a high-volume environment.
• Competence with segmentation, personalization, and measurement of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS end-to-end campaigns and automated flows.
• Manage and translate goals into a calendar of sends across segments.
• Develop deep product and data understanding to enable segmentation and personalization at scale.
• Define audiences by vertical, school, application stage, loan status, and timing.
• Personalize content using member data and Liquid.
• Report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, applications started/completed, loans funded).
• Run experiments on subject lines, timing, and offers with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance and deliverability hygiene; keep systems organized.
