Job summary

Juno seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own member communications across all products. You’ll turn member data into the right message at the right moment for 290,000+ members with the goal of increasing funded loans.

You’ll build end‑to‑end email and SMS campaigns, learn the data model, and coordinate with product teams to ship a calendar. Strong analytical and AI‑enabled processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing, marketing ops, growth, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with an ESP; we’ll train you on our system.
• You read funnels, segment wisely, and measure results with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution end to end: email and SMS campaigns across grad, undergrad, and refi.
• Learn the product and data model to segment and personalize at scale.
• Define segments by vertical, school, stage, loan status and timing.
• Collaborate with product and lines to translate goals into a campaign calendar.
• Measure campaigns: opens, clicks, applications started/completed, loans funded.
