Juno is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own member communications—email and SMS—across all products. The role is based in Miami, with in-person training during the first months.

You will craft messages that reach 290,000+ members, drive funded loans, and optimize campaigns with data-driven segmentation and AI tooling. Qualifications

• 1–4 years hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations experience.
• Experience building and sending campaigns in an ESP; Customer.io a plus.
• You can learn SQL and analytics as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own email and SMS end-to-end: campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io across segments.
• Translate goals into a calendar of sends and manage weekly cadence.
• Build segmentation and personalization at scale using member data and Liquid.
• Define audiences by vertical, school, and application stage; minimize mis-scoped reach.
• Measure campaigns and report on opens, clicks, applications started/completed, and loans funded.
• Run experiments on subject lines, timing, and offers; document learnings.
• Ensure compliance, deliverability hygiene, and clean account management.
• Leverage AI to draft, QA, and analyze copy, segmentation, and post-send results.
