Job summary

Juno is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own member communications across email and SMS. The role handles high-volume sends to a 290,000+ member base, with a focus on timely, relevant messages that help borrowers move through signup, rate offers, applications, and funded loans.

You will build segmentation, personalize at scale with Liquid/AI tools, and report on campaign impact from opens to funded loans. Based in Miami with in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations experience.
• Experience building campaigns in an ESP (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Customer.io is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS end-to-end: build, QA, and ship campaigns across grad, undergrad, and refi.
• Manage the campaign calendar and ensure weekly sends.
• Learn the Juno product and data model to drive segmentation and personalization.
• Define audience segments by vertical, school, application stage, loan status, and timing.
• Prototype and iterate with AI to improve content, flows, and analysis.
• Measure campaign results and report on opens, clicks, applications started/completed, and loans funded.
• Maintain compliance, suppression hygiene, and well-organized accounts.
