Job summary

Juno is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own member communications across email and SMS for 290,000+ members. This role is based in our Miami office and requires building, QA, and shipping campaigns in Customer.io, with strong emphasis on segmentation, personalization, and measurement.

You’ll translate goals into a calendar of sends, run tests, and report on campaigns’ impact—opens, clicks, applications started, and loans funded. AI tools will help, but accuracy must come first.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations experience.
• Proven ability to build and send campaigns in an ESP; Customer.io a plus.
• Interest in data, segmentation, and personalisation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS end-to-end: build, QA, and ship campaigns and automated flows.
• Translate goals into a calendar of sends and manage the weekly cadence.
• Develop segmentation and personalization using member data and Liquid templates.
• Own measurement: report on opens, clicks, applications started and loans funded.
• Run experiments on subject lines, timing, and sequencing with a test roadmap.
• Ensure compliance, deliverability hygiene, and clean account organization.
• Leverage AI to draft, QA, and analyze content and flows.
