You will partner with cross-functional teams to build, execute, and optimize high-quality, scalable email and multi-channel experiences, with a focus on personalization, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing tech roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong HTML and CSS coding for responsive emails.
• Experience with multi-channel lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, push).
• Experience with A/B testing and QA processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML/CSS.
• Build personalization and dynamic content with AMPscript.
• Test emails across devices using Litmus/Email on Acid.
• Configure multi‑touch lifecycle journeys across channels.
• Support QA, approvals, and governance of templates and blocks.
• Identify optimization opportunities and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to drive performance of lifecycle programs.
• Document and version marketing templates and logic blocks.
