Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc. is seeking an Email Retention Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end email and SMS campaigns, crafting personalized customer journeys that boost loyalty and lifetime value.

You will collaborate with Site Experience, Creative, and Brand teams to translate data into engaging experiences across channels. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, test‑oriented, and excels at segmentation, multi‑channel activation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of retention/lifecycle/CRM marketing in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or DTC environment.
• Experience supporting or managing lifecycle journeys/flows (welcome, post‑purchase, replenishment, winback, abandonment, etc.).
• Familiarity with subscription and/or loyalty programs preferred.
• Experience with ESP/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Exponea (or similar).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals related to analysis, testing, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Strong project management skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end process of building and deploying promotional and automated email/SMS campaigns.
• Targeting, A/B testing, and flawless execution from concept to deployment.
• Strategically develop, manage, and optimize key customer journeys (welcome, post‑purchase, re‑engagement, loyalty).
• Manage retention initiatives across multiple lifecycle channels beyond email.
• Actively monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and implement a testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.
• Oversee QA and ensure compliance with email regulations.
