Job summary

Koyfin Incorporated is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive user activation and engagement for its financial analytics platform. You will be responsible for mapping customer journeys, designing experiments to improve conversion rates, and managing lifecycle communications including email and in-app messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, lifecycle, or customer marketing PM work at a high-volume business.
• Created and shipped lifecycle email programs and in-app messaging campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with funnel, cohort, and decile thinking.

Responsibilities

• Map the full customer journey from signup to paid conversion.
• Quantify funnel leaks and design experiments to address them.
• Own the full lifecycle communication stack including email and in-app messages.
• Define success with KPIs and track performance regularly.
